The NYPD is now seeking the public’s assistance in identifyingthe woman whose body was discovered wrapped in a plastic bag andstuffed in a shopping cart on the rocky shoreline of Gravesend Bayin Bath Beach on Sunday, July 17.
The woman is described as a black or Hispanic female with lightskin, brown eyes and dark curly hair. She was between 18-25 yearsold, around 5’7, and 150 lbs. She was wearing ONLY YOU bluejeans (size 7-8) with a black sleeveless summer blouse and blackbelt with a silver colored oval belt buckle.The medical examiner has yet to determine a cause of death.
