All the best to the Franzese group

A pair of gigantic red scissors cut the ribbon that officially welcomed a new branch of Weichert, Realtors – The Franzese Group.

“Red is for good luck!” commented the guests inside the store, located at 2671 86th Street, as they eagerly awaited for the arrival of State Senator Marty Golden to officiate the ceremony.

“Congratulations!” exclaimed Golden to Broker/Owner Anthony Franzese and General Manager Kimberly Franzese when he made his appearance, as he hugged them both and posed for a Kodak moment.

The Franzeses were accompanied by family members and friends who shared the excitement with the couple.

“I wish them well,” said Fran Rezzo, a friend of Carmela Clementi, a realtor for the agency. “They’re wonderful people,” remarked Lori Pedone, a friend of the Franzese couple, and marketing strategist for The Home Reporter.

The new office fits 14 agents and has been already open for business for a few months. Franzese revealed his enthusiasm for “meeting growth demands as dictated by our sales teams’ consistent hard word for the past five years,” he noted.

Vince Blandino, branch office manager, expressed his contentment. “My wife and I are proud to be affiliated with the Franzese family,” he remarked.

Food, wine, beers, cupcakes, candy and a table full of other desserts were prepared for the Saturday fete drawing in the passers-by. Italian music provided by Matthew LoGrasso filled the air.

The company’s second office serves Gravesend, the Upper Bay streets and Coney Island.
