It certainly feels like spring today, with temperatures at a high of 59 degrees that feel like 62 degrees, and a low of 51 degrees. Wind is moving WSW (west-southwest) between 17 and 23 mph. There is a 20 percent chance of precipitation. Tonight will reach a low of 34 degrees.

The sun will set at 7:21 p.m. and the moon will rise in the waning gibbous phase at 12:28 a.m.

5 Things To Know this morning:

• Alternate side parking regulations will be suspended today and Tuesday, April 1-2 for Passover. All other regulations, including parking meters, remain in effect.
• The DOT has released a revised map of the final locations for CitiBike bike share dropoff/pickups. Bike dots can be seen throughout Brooklyn Heights, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Downtown, Greenpoint, and Williamsburg. One of the first locations arrived this weekend for use inside the Brooklyn Navy Yard. [CitiBike, Gothamist]
• The city is taking public suggestions for how to spend $1.7 billion in Sandy relief funds allocated by the federal government to repair infrastructure, housing, and businesses. This is the first round of funding. First round public comment ends April 4.  [NY1]
