Last weekend, September 14 and 15, it returned to Coney Island, bringing crowds to enjoy the taste of Irish culture that is the events specialty.This year, the celebration of New York Citys Irish-American heritage and culture that burst onto the Brooklyn scene in 1982 included the Annual 5k Run/Walk, local Irish bands performing both contemporary and classic music, food, dancing and rides.Proceeds benefit the Futures in Education Scholarship Fund of the Brooklyn Diocese.Irish eyes were smiling in Coney
