I’d be more than willing to put them in a separate bin. I’m all for composting. I’m one of those people that always recycle. I don’t know if others would want to do it but I would.

As long as they keep the rodent problem under control. There’s a large population of rats here, especially in Bay Ridge, as well as some raccoons and possum sightings. That would be the only problem. Otherwise, it’s a good idea.

I think it can be a good thing. There are concerns I would have such as odor, keeping those bins in houses, as well as some buildings not having enough space for more garbage cans. I don’t think a lot of people will follow through.

It’s a very good idea. One thing is that it reduces the amount of garbage the city has to pay for. It also helps the landfills.
