Muffin’s Pet Connection: Adopt-A-Throwaway

ARE YOU READY TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE? ADOPT-A-THROWAWAY: visit BARC SHELTER at 253 Wythe Avenue, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

(718-486-7489, Email: info@barcshelter.org) and save a beautiful life. You will be so glad that you did! There is a bundle of love waiting to connect with your loving heart.

Vanna, a female three-year-old Chihuahua mix, was found tied up outside on Kingston Avenue. She is super sweet and friendly, but she does need time to bond with her people. She is spayed and vaccinated. Visit the shelter and you will see the way she loves us is the way she will love you. She is a great girl…

And there’s Fluffy, a medium haired guy who was adopted from BARC five years ago as a kitten. He was recently returned because his owner passed away. He needs to be adopted with his brother, Squeaky, as they have lived together their entire lives…

Little J.B. is a young, beautiful Tortie who can be super-sweet, but she also has a feisty side. We think it is because she has been through a lot—she was locked in a shed for six days! She would do best in a home with a person who is laid-back and loving and who will give her the time to learn to trust again….

Marlowe is a laid-back, loving senior cat-izen. This big red dude would make a great fit for someone who wants an easy-going companion…

Melissandre says, “Would someone please take me home already?” I am a big, gorgeous middle-aged tortoiseshell who is very outgoing and fur-riendly with people, but I do not like cats or dogs.
