Has the city done an efficient job at trimming loose tree branches to prevent them from being a hazard?
I dont know how the response is today, but a few years ago, it would take up to a year and a half for them to respond after people called 311. I dont think they had the time or resources and were doing other things.Elio V.Bay RidgeSo far, the trees have looked good to me. I live by Shore Road and it seems to be very safe. I havent had any problems.Joyce H.Bay RidgeIn Shore Road, Ive seen some damaged caused by fallen branches. But Ive seen progress [from the city] and they seem to always try to address the problem.Judy P.Bay RidgeIve seen them come down around here [76th Street between Third Avenue and Ridge Boulevard]. It seems about two a year come down. But I think the city is doing all right.Patrick G.Bay RidgeThe trees here in Bay Ridge are old. Ive seen some old branches fall from trees near homes. I know people have had trees cut. I dont know if the city has done a good job or not.Arnie F.Bay RidgeI havent experienced or heard of any trouble with branches falling where Im currently living. I think the city is doing a good job.Anne D.Bay RidgeWith the trees, I think the city is doing a good job. But I wish they would do a better job at getting the sewers cleaned out.Francis M.Bay RidgeYes, theyre doing a great job. If the branches fall, they do a good job at quickly picking them up.Margaret K.Bay RidgeLeave a Reply
