On Monday, September 15 at approximately 9 a.m. police responded to a 911 call of a bank burglary inside of Berkshire Bank near 13th Avenue and 50th Street in the confines of the 66th Precinct.
Upon arrival police determined that a man – described as white, age 35 to 40 – allegedly entered the Berkshire Bank at 12:08 a.m. and attempted to break into an ATM machine by using a saw.
He did not remove any money from the location.
The suspect is described is said to be 5’10 and 180 pounds.
