The city Parks Department launched a publicly-accessible Capital Projects Tracker that can be searched by anyone curious about the “stages of design, procurement and construction” of projects at various parks, playgrounds and other green space. The department touts it as an effort to streamline project management while increasing transparency.
Projects are listed in three categories: Active Projects, Proposed Projects and Partner Projects. Details available include timelines, funding sources, contracts and a general project description.
