Cops are seeking to identify and locate a man wanted in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred in the 72nd Precinct on Thursday, January 1.
At around 5:21 a.m., an unknown male followed a 38-year-old female and her boyfriend to the corner of 19th Street and Fifth Avenue, where the suspect forcibly grabbed the female’s buttocks and vaginal area over her pants and then fled northbound on 19th Street.
The suspect is described as a male, light skinned Hispanic, wearing a dark sweatshirt with large white lettering, and a polka dot winter hat.
