A 61-year-old female was struck by a Ford Fiesta on Monday, March 16 at 8:13 a.m. near 21st and Cropsey Avenues, according to police.
The woman was crossing the street while the vehicle was making a right turn from 21st Avenue onto Cropsey Avenue. Police report that she suffered trauma to her body before being removed to Lutheran Medical Center in critical condition.
Police have no update on the woman’s condition as of yet.
