From the New York City Department of Transportation:
The New York City Department of Transportation, in conjunction with the Department of Sanitation, announced that Alternate Side Parking Regulations will be suspended Saturday, January 23, to facilitate snow removal. Alternate Side Parking will remain in effect Friday, January 22.
Payment at parking meters will remain in effect throughout the City.
