An NYPD cruiser hit a 59-year-old man on 86th and Bay 31st streets April 19.
The officers were responding to a robbery call when they hit the man as he crossed the street at 3:19 p.m.
The man is in stable condition at NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn.
