Kings networking breakfast to honor influential Brooklynites

It’s fitting for local newspapers to honor those who haveachieved great accomplishments and give back to Brooklyn. Anupcoming event will accomplish just that while bringing thecommunity together to network and grow their businesses.

The Home Reporter and Brooklyn Spectator andSpectator Newswill host their first annual Kings of KingsCounty – A Champions Awards and Networking event, presented byFlushing Bank. The event will recognize Brooklyn’s most influentialmovers and shakers whose major achievements, leadership andparticipation in the community help the city thrive.

The occasion, set for Thursday, September 22, from 8:30 to 11a.m., will be held at El Caribe Country Club, located in MillBasin. TD Bank, The New York Daily News

The Kings of Kings County event is expected to attract a largeaudience, enabling attendees to network with top professionals andattend an expo featuring the area’s local businesses.

It’s a great opportunity to pay homage to these people who giveso much back to the community, said Home Reporter/BrooklynSpectator Co-Publisher Joshua Schneps. This event is also agreat opportunity to encourage businesspeople to meet and worktogether, keeping business in Brooklyn.

Tickets, which cost $65 per person, include access to a tradeshow, networking, refreshments, breakfast, an awards presentationand a raffle, whose proceeds will benefit HeartShare HumanServices.
