Sunday drivers involved in three-car accident on Seventh Avenue

A Dodge Ram pickup truck became a battering ram on Sunday,September 4, at Seventh Avenue and 81st Street, allegedly smashinginto a parked Nissan Maxima, propelling the car into a HondaAccord, also stationary. The driver of the Nissan was rushed byambulance to a local hospital after sustaining unknown injuries.All three vehicles were removed by tow trucks.

The pickup truck reportedly veered across two lanes of trafficbefore the collision, which happened at 4:30 p.m. The Dodge Ram andthe Nissan Maxima were totaled. The Honda Accord received front enddamage.
