On Saturday, November 5, a late model Honda Pilot SUV collidedwith an older model Nissan Maxima at the intersection of 21stAvenue and 73rd Street at 3:45 p.m. The impact sent the Nissanspinning out backwards, causing it to jump the curb and crashthrough a fence of a nearby private house, landing in the frontyard. One person was injured and rushed by ambulance to LutheranMedical Center with unknown injuries. The Maxima sustained heavydamage to its right side as a result of the collision while theHonda sustained minor front end damage.
