The large display at the Nostrand Avenue showroom includes over100 refrigerators of the floor, 80 pieces of laundry equipment andover 80 ranges.

Besides appliances, it’s truly a customer’s one-stop shopbecause we do it all including kitchen cabinets and countertops,Tesoriero said. We install everything and everything is done withthe guaranteed lowest price.

Customers are taken care of before, during and after thepurchase. EBA also offers up to 24 months of interest-freefinancing and they have experienced sales staff.

Our sales people are certified, which you do not find at otherstores. They continuously take updated courses on new thingsavailable to consumers, Tesoriero explained.

The store offers same day and next day delivery. The deliveryand installation crew makes sure everything is done correctlybefore they leave the house, Tesoriero said, adding that if theproduct is not delivered when scheduled, the store will pay thecustomer $50.

The same goes for low prices. If EBA cannot compete with acompetitor’s price, the store will pay the customer $100.

They also have a No Lemon guarantee. If you have four serviceproblems with your new appliance, EBA will take it back and replaceit with a current model of equal value at no extra charge. If acustomer purchases one of the Extended Service Plans, the same plancontinues for the duration of the service plan.

On the other hand, if you buy a Service Plan and never use it,EBA will give full credit for the amount of the plan purchased thatcan be used towards any item in the store.
