Rapid Realty has opened yet another location, this time onMyrtle Avenue in Clinton Hill.
Over 300 people attended the grand opening on February 12. Itwas fantastic, said Anthony Lolli, chief executive officer ofRapid Realty.
Ernest Hill and Paul Perez are the franchise owners. They knowthe area like the back of their hand, Lolli said.
Perez is a real estate investor in Clinton Hill and owns equitystake in the restaurant Energy Fuel, a few doors down from the newlocation. Hill is responsible for training all of the newagents.
Other guests at the celebration included landlords and businessowners from the community, as well as Carlo Scissura, senioradvisor to Borough President Marty Markowitz.
After the ribbon was cut, there was a champagne toast and anafter-party at the Brooklyn Tap House.
It was fun, we partied in style, Lolli said.
But that’s not all: a film production company was on handcapturing the entire event. When pressed for details, Lolliresponded, I have big news coming soon. We’re not supposed to talkabout details.
