There was ale all around at the Guild for Exceptional Childrens Beer Tasting on March 9 at the Marine Park Golf Course.
Participants in the event played connoisseurs as they sampled international, domestic, craft and microbrew beers and graded the drinks accordingly. The tasting was followed by a buffet dinner, raffles and auctions.
The beverages were provided by Phoenix Beverages, Manhattan Beer and Union Beer for the tasting pleasure of the crowd.
The money from the fundraiser went to benefit the Guild, which provides services to the children, adults and their families with developmental disabilities lead dignifying and satisfying lives.
