Barclays Center and the Brooklyn Nets have made American Express (AmEx) the official credit card of the new Brooklyn sports complex on Flatbush Avenue. AmEx is also the presenting sponsor of the Barclays Center restaurant and box office.
As a result of the partnership, American Express cardmembers will have early access to purchase tickets, as well as invitations to “specially designed private experiences” and benefits or discounts at Barclay’s on-site restaurant.
The partnership also gives the credit card company branding at concessions and merchandising. The box office will now be known as the American Express Box Office.
