King of Kings County sought

The Home Reporter and The Brooklyn Spectator are seeking nominations for the upcoming second annual Kings of Kings County event, scheduled to take place on Thursday, September 27 at 8:30 a.m. at the El Caribe Country Club, 5945 Strickland Avenue.

The event – billed as a Champions Breakfast and Networking Event that honors top Brooklyn men for their outstanding leadership and their contributions to the community – will recognize Brooklyn’s most influential movers and shakers whose major achievements, leadership and participation in the community help the city thrive. It also includes a business expo with networking that will precede the awards breakfast.

“It’s a great opportunity to pay homage to these people who give so much back to the community,” said Home Reporter/Brooklyn Spectator Co-Publisher Joshua Schneps. “This event is also a great opportunity to encourage businesspeople to meet and work together, keeping business in Brooklyn.”

The Kings of Kings County encompass business, community, civic and religious leaders. Area residents and businesspeople are urged to nominate a King of Kings County by August 10 at www.homereporter.com/nominations.
