- Come to Good Company, at 10 Hope Street between Roebling and Havemeyer Streets, for a BBQ Blowout tonight at 7 p.m.. Finger on the Pulse is celebrating their fifth birthday. Gwynett St. is taking care of the food. Your ticket covers a plate of food, one Brooklyn Brewery beer, and music from DJ Computer Magic. Purchase a ticket for $10, or be a VIP for $15. Doors open at 6:30 p.m..
- ‘Brooklyn Green Drinks‘ will be served this Wednesday at the Brooklyn Navy Yard Center at BLDG 92 from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Environmentalists and the eco-conscious gather for after-work libations and conversation in the organic rooftop café of LEED Platinum standard BLDG92 exhibition center. Guests will enjoy after hours gallery access and a cash bar.
- LAVA, an all-women acrobatic troupe will be performing an one-time=only performance aboard the Waterfront Museum wooden barge. Molly Chanoff, Sarah Dey Hirshan, Hilary Chapman, Sarah East Johnson, Lollo Romanski, and Mamie Minch are also amongst through performing. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., showtime is at 8 and there will be a $10-$20 sliding scale at the door.
