AARP President Peter Killen took to the mike wearing a Lincoln-era black stovepipe hat and read the Gettysburg Address. This year is the Sesquicentennial of Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address as well as of the Emancipation Proclamation.
By the way, Orly — who also pens an advice column for this paper — is also sashaying down the aisle on March 10 to marry her Greek prince, Alex Diamantopoulos, who owns the Donut Stop Restaurant on Third Avenue.
