An outpouring of support continues in New York and around the world. In Brooklyn, activism-meets-art group The Illuminator projected messages of peace and solidarity on the facade of the Brooklyn Museum of Art (BAM) for a few hours on Monday night.
“BROOKLYN LOVES BOSTON” and “NY ♥ B” were two of the messages alight on the building’s grand facade along Lafayette Street. The other projection featured a quote:
“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. NY <3 B”
The display was organized by activism-meets-art group Occupy Wall Street Light Brigade and The Illuminator.
