Vandals have struck in Bay Ridge again
This time, thugs wrote derogatory hate speech on the fence of a home on 78th Street between Fourth and Fifth Avenues, sometime on Monday, June 10.
There were also explicit images drawn – and the vandals need a lesson in spelling.
