Morning Report: Tuesday, August 13

The rain is back today, stronger than ever. Severe thunderstorms and flash flooding are forecast throughout the day today, and around one inch of rainfall can be expected.

Winds are moving northeast this morning at 5 to 10 mph, and will change to an easterly wind through most of the day, before moving west-northwest at 10-15 mph.

Temperatures are at a low of 62 degrees and a high of around 76 degrees.

The sun will set at 7:56 p.m. and the moon is in the waxing crescent phase.
