Pour honey over the top of the onion pieces, and let it steep for a few hours or overnight. The honey pulls the liquid out of the onion and this liquid is also used for relieving chest congestion, colds or minor respiratory congestion. Eat one chunk of onion whenever you feel sinus pressure and cover the rest to use when the sensation returns. Refrigerate and use until the pressure is gone. Please consult your doctor if you are ill or on any medication.
