Have you see 83-year-old Rose Koffman? The senior, who suffers from dementia and cardiac issues, was last seen at her Midwood home at East 18th Street and Avenvue O at around 11 a.m. on Sunday, October 21. A Silver Alert has been issued by the NYPD.
Koffman is around 5 feet tall, weighing 145 pounds, with grey hair. She was last seen wearing a black turban, a yellow shirt, a black coat, black pants, black shoes, and may be pushing a red push cart.
