One person was killed by a Manhattan-bound B train at the Atlantic Avenue/Barclays Center station at around 12:25 p.m. on Thursday, October 10, according to fire and police officials. The woman, said to be in her 60s, reportedly jumped in front of the oncoming train.
A second person was reportedly injured and taken to Brooklyn Hospital Center, although it is unclear how they were injured.
Train service has since resumed.
