Blueberry Scones

Enjoy these extra tender blueberry scones, made with cake flour or soft winter wheat. They are delicious served with lemon curd and freshly whipped cream.

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups cake flour (NOT self-rising)

2 teaspoons baking powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons sugar

6 tablespoons cold butter

3/4 cup milk

1 1/2 cups blueberries

Raw sugar for sprinkling (optional)
