The century-old Domino Sugar refinery sign has begun to be dismantled in order to make way for the sites redevelopment into a waterfront residential and commercial community by Two Trees Management, which will restore the sign and then re-affix it atop the newly built office tower.

The landmarked Domino Sugar Factory building at 292-314 Kent Avenue is one step closer to being developed for reuse. It is part of a larger plan to by Two Trees Management to develop commercial and residential buildings and public space along the Williamsburg waterfront.
