Suspect wanted in Sunset group attack

The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted in connection to a robbery which occurred within the confines of the 72nd Precinct.

On Sunday, August 24 at approximately 4:20 a.m. at the corner of Second Avenue and 46th Street, four male victims, (ages 29, 24, 34 and 30) were walking to their car when approximately 10 unknown men approached them and, according to cops, began punching and kicking them repeatedly.

The suspects removed $100, an I-Phone 5s and personal property from the victims before fleeing in a black Nissan Maxima northbound on Second Avenue.  EMS responded to the scene and transported the victims to Lutheran Medical Center where they were treated and released.

The suspect in the attached sketch is identified as a white Hispanic man, approximately 23 to 27 years old, with brown eyes and short black hair.
