Saint Anselm Youth Activities on the rise

Whether your child is in pre-kindergarten or eighth grade, St. Anselm Youth Activities has something to offer everyone. In addition to learning athletic skills, the various sports and activities offered by the program help educate the youngsters about values and good sportsmanship.

The parish-based program is available to all children, not just those within the parish.

Currently, the main activities include baseball, softball, swimming, and team club, which is available for seventh and eighth grades, as well as Cub, Boy and Girl Scouts.

St. Anselm also offers a robust basketball program which includes travel, intramurals and clinics.

Special events, such as golf outings, dance parties and ice skating trips also take place.

Registration has been solid in all of the leagues, with girls’ volleyball and swimming being widely popular within the youth activities.

Though the basketball season is currently coming to a close, the program is currently accepting registration for kids interested in its baseball and softball league, which begins in April.
