The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following missing female who resides within the confines of the 63rd Precinct. Details are as follows:

Cynthia Hills was last seen on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at 4 p.m. at her residence. She is described as approximately 5’1″ tall, weighing 125lbs., with dark complexion and an afro style hairdo. She was last seen wearing a grey and black sweater, grey and blue wool hat, blue jeans and black New Balance sneakers.
