NYPD seeks suspects in connection to homicide

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals wanted in connection with a Tuesday, May 26 homicide that happened within the confines of the 62nd Precinct.

According to police, cops responded to a 911 call at around 11:17 p.m. of a person shot at 2003 Stillwell Avenue. When officers arrived, they found a 26-year-old male unconscious with gunshot wounds to his torso. The man was taken to Lutheran Hospital in critical condition. Police also found another 26-year-old victim, Galvin Becerra, unconscious and unresponsive with one gunshot wound to the torso. Becerra, who lived at the address of the shooting, was taken to Coney Island Hospital and pronounced dead.

The suspects are seen on video walking away from the location of the shooting.
