All was merry and bright on Thursday, December 17 as the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce celebrated its annual Winter Gala at the El Caribe Country Club (5954 Strickland Avenue). Honored at the event — which drew a huge crowd of business and political leaders from across the borough — was Arthur Aidala, president of the Brooklyn Bar Association.
