Officers from the 68th Precinct’s Anti-Crime Unit arrested a man who was in possession of a hefty amount of illegal substances when he was found near 86th Street and Fourth Avenue on Thursday, May 12.
According to a police source, officers recovered 23 bags of heroin and one pill bottle containing approximately 80 Oxycodone tablets from the perp at around 7 p.m. during a tour of the area.
