The 140,000 square-foot building, featuring four floors of clothing, jewelry, shoes, accessories, cosmetics, fragrances and home goods, as well as a Brooklyn Roasting Company café, marks the first full-line department store to open on Fulton Street in more than 50 years, Century 21 told Real Estate Weekly.
