Man robbed at gunpoint while watching television inside his Sunset apartment

A man was robbed at gunpoint inside his Sunset Park apartment on Tuesday, October 11.

According to police, a 34-year-old man was watching television in the common area of the apartment — located at Fourth Avenue and 31st Street — at around 3:20 a.m. with the door open when two men entered the room, showed the victim a gun and demanded his money. One of the two crooks stole $700 worth of electronics, including two cell phones and a laptop. Once they took the goods, one of the perps warned the victim not to call the police.

They then fled eastbound on 31st street towards Fifth Avenue.
