Calling all foodies!
Over 25 restaurants are participating in Taste of Brooklyn’s first-ever Carroll Gardens-Cobble Hill restaurant crawl tonight, October 20.
The event, sponsored by publication Edible Brooklyn, is taking place from 5 to 8 p.m. Attendees can sample seasonal food and drink from nearly 30 establishments.
Participants include historic small businesses in the neighborhoods, as well as, new businesses. Some of them are nominees as top culinary choices in the Best of Brooklyn, a competition that recognizes Brooklyn’s best businesses.
Tickets costs $20 for four tastes and $50 for 11 tastes.
Proceeds will go to Seeds in the Middle, a 501c3 charity empowering children and schools to create healthier environments. The event is also a fundraiser for media project, Save the Village, Save the Elephants.
