Cops say a man was arrested for robbing a 64-year-old man and threatening to have a gun in broad daylight on a Bay Ridge street.
According to police, the victim was walking near 92nd Street and Ridge Boulevard just after noon on Monday, February 13 when the crook came up from behind him, told him he had a gun, pointed an object from inside his jacket and demanded the victim give him all he had.
After a struggle, the suspect was able to grab the victim’s keys at which point he fled eastbound on 93rd Street towards Fourth Avenue.
He was later apprehended by authorities.
