WATCH: Police seek potential suspects in Prospect Park area robbery

Authorities are looking to identify two men wanted for robbing a 37-year-old women in the Park Slope area earlier this month.

According to reports, on Monday, July 3 at around 10 p.m., the victim was walking along Prospect Avenue between Eighth Avenue and Prospect Park West when the two perps approached her. One of them covered her head with a shirt or hooded sweatshirt while the other snatched her wallet containing around $300, as well as her cellphone.

The men then pushed her to the ground and fled on foot westbound on Prospect Avenue and then north on Eighth Avenue. The victim suffered a laceration to her right elbow.

One of the suspects is described as a black man, who was wearing a light-color t-shirt, black Adidas pants and dark-color sneakers and was carrying a shirt or hooded sweatshirt over his shoulder.

The other suspect, also described as a black man, was wearing a blue t-shirt, dark shorts and black sneakers.
