Cops seek man involved in robbery in Bath Beach

Authorities are looking to identify a man in connection with the robbery of a 32-year-old man in the Bath Beach area.

According to reports, on Tuesday, August 8 at around 3 p.m., the perp fought with the victim in front of 8511 21st Avenue over a cellphone. The perp pushed the man to the ground, took his phone worth around $700 and fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The perp is described as a black man, approximately 30 years old, 5’11” and 180 pounds, with a light complexion, a dark beard, brown eyes, a tattoo of a lion’s head on his torso and a star on his arm.
