A 21-year-old man was arrested on assault charges after throwing a plastic trash can at his 19-year-old wife during a fight in an apartment near Avenue O and West 10th Street on Tuesday, August 1.
According to reports, at around 4 p.m., the victim and her husband were having an argument when the man grabbed the can and threw it in his wife’s direction, hitting her hand and injuring her.
