On Thursday, May 17, Cliffco Mortgage Bankers opened its doors to home buyers in Brooklyn with the opening of the company’s new Bay Ridge office.
A number of the bankers cut the ceremonial ribbon to mark the grand opening of Bay Ridge’s newest business, 9016 Third Avenue, at a small ceremony outside the new office.
“The specific location we had on Third Avenue allowed us to see the heart of Bay Ridge and we have since fallen in love with it,” said George Diamantakis, sales manager at Cliffco. “Encompassing both a commercial and residential feel really allows us to be in front of many types of local business and individuals, all of whom greeted us with open arms from day one.”
Cliffco prides itself on being an outlet for giving. In the case of the new location in Bay Ridge, Diamantakis hopes the new storefront in Bay Ridge offers a chance for residents to shape their lives in the way they want. “Our business allows us not only to help a client own a home but also possibly help plan their future.”
Diamantakis and the rest of the Cliffco team believe that their new location will become a place that local residents remember and go to when needed.
“We are looking to possibly, one day, be a staple in the neighborhood,” he said.
