A 57-year-old man was arrested during an accident involving a moped and a truck in the Borough Park area.
According to authorities, on Saturday, June 23 at around 12:27 a.m., the driver of the moped traveled through a yellow light at 13th Avenue and 60th Street, hitting the truck.
The driver of the truck, Acatitla Silva was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
The driver of the moped was taken to the hospital and listed in serious condition.
