Police search for crook wanted in Bay Ridge bank robbery

Cops are looking for a man wanted in connection to a bank robbery in the Bay Ridge area.

According to authorities, on Sunday, August 5 at around 1:40 p.m., the suspect entered the bank at 99th Street and Fourth Avenue and gave the teller a note demanding money. The teller then gave the crook an undetermined amount of cash before he fled in an unknown direction.

Police describe the suspect as a light-skinned man. He was last seen wearing a beige hat, a light blue surgical mask, a green shirt and dark colored gloves.
