Police search for missing 68-year-old woman

Update: Gao has been located. She is safe and currently at NYU Langone Hospital – Brooklyn.

Police are searching for a missing woman last seen on the border of Dyker Heights and Sunset Park earlier this week.

According to the NYPD, 68-year-old Jie Gao was last seen on Mon., Jan. 28 at around 2:30 p.m. leaving Fei Long Market, 6301 Eighth Avenue.

Gao is described as an Asian female, 5’0″ and around 120 pounds, with salt and pepper hair. She was last seen wearing a black jacket and black pants.
