Cops are hunting for a group of burglars who hit up an apartment at 94th Street and Third Avenue earlier this month.
Authorities say the suspects got away with jewelry and $2,000 in cash belonging to the resident, a 44-year-old man, after raiding the apartment on Mon., Jan. 7 at about 11:37 a.m., gaining access to the premises by forcing open the front door. The perps later fled on foot, eastbound on 94th Street.
The police is now asking for the public’s help in tracking down the trio — a dark-skinned male; last seen wearing a gray hooded sweater, a black coat, dark colored sweatpants and black sneakers; and two light-skinned males — one who was last seen wearing a black knit cap, a black coat, black pants and black shoes, and another a light-skinned male, last seen wearing a black knit cap, a black coat, black pants and black shoes.
