A truck’s back tires got stuck in a small sinkhole on 57th Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues Monday afternoon.
No one was injured.
A DEP spokesperson said a broken pipe in a nearby building created the hole. The building’s owners were issued an order to make the necessary repairs.
